Project objectives
STEP-AP aims to provides an account and reliable documentation of lessons learned, good practices and successful approach on integrating ICT into education (specifically on issues of developing electronic teaching and learning aids and applying ICT for teacher training), on the basis of these projects. In order to define and measure, however, what a “good” practice or “successful” approach constitutes in terms of improving education quality from a regional perspective, the team is planning a study design that includes implementation and control groups in both countries, and a similar set of instruments and indicators, to be able to potentially analyze data across countries in addition to within country.
