We are hiring! Project Success Specialist- Front line

We are looking for a committed Project Success Specialist on an international project. This role will be assisting a Project team on the implementation of a software at a mine in Mongolia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business administration or equivalent area of specialization.
  • 2+ year of experience in project.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent Mongolian and English speaking and writing abilities.

Functional Responsibilities:

Accountable to Customer Success Team Manager

  • Report to Customer Success Team Manager on a weekly basis on Risks, progress against customer growth objectives and individual customer health metrics
  • Track Individual Client Risks, escalate to Success Team Manager and assist in mitigating them

Support Customers in Achieving growth objectives

  • Ensure that managers and sponsors receive the results they require to grow and expand
  • Support and grow their existing client portfolio in the delivery of high-quality frontline planning software solutions
  • Work with Managers and sponsors, in scaling operations and demonstrating product results

Support the Project Team

  • Interpretation as required
  • Training and coaching of client personnel
  • Undertake basic system configuration when required

Key Objectives:

  • Understand the value proposition
  • Demonstrate the value & benefits of our products
  • Prove to site, that they consistently achieve better shifts
  • Standardize processes and embed behaviors
  • Understand Customer goals and how our products can help
  • Deliver and exceed customer expectations
  • The Success Specialist also establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders, existing & new users by traveling to site every 4-6 weeks (in ideal circumstances).
  • Continually assess expectations across sites. Understand and visually capture benchmarking and targets for success to assist the causation conversations
  • Be Accountable for managing client expectations during Success
  • Deliver value to each client during the implementation
  • Weekly check-ins with each client to provide an update on the health metrics, assessing all aspects – software, people and process
  • Be an expert on the solutions that our Products deliver for efficient problem solving
