The “White Paper on ICT Development, Mongolia – 2011” has been released from publishing company on May 25, 2011. This is a result of the initiative of Information and Communication Technology and Postal Authority (ICTPA) of Mongolia, implemented in partnership with Intec Co., Ltd.
This paper provides comprehensive information on legal policy environment and current situation of ICT sector specific areas such as telecom industry, mobile communications, internet, software, postal service, broadcasting, HRD, and ICT related organizations.
