An agreement has been signed with Center for International Cooperation for Computerization, Japan

The main purpose of the agreement is to conduct research into IT human resources in Mongolia, providing information on latest IT development in Mongolia; conducting interviews among IT companies;; distributing, collecting and processing questionnaires delivered to IT companies.

First time Aptech WorldWide Mongolia training Center has opened in Mongolia

The inauguration ceremony of Indian Aptech WorldWide Mongolia training center was held on January 24, 2007 at National IT park building.

The inauguration ceremony of opening of Aptech WorldWide Mongolia training center has gathered representatives of government, Parliament, private sector and NGOs.

Among honorable guests were Mr. Z. Enkhbold, Member of Parliament; Mr. Saikhanbileg, Mr. Deb Varma, 1st Secretary of Embassy of India in Mongolia, Chairman of ICTA; Mr. Nyamkhuu, director of Policy and planning department of ICTA; Mr. O. Customer choice - 2006 of IT products and services award

"Minii computer" magazine has initiaited an award of customer choice of IT products and services. The purpose of the award is to provide opportunities for companies and citizens to identify best IT products currently used and services received in Mongolia. The products and services will be awarded in 16 categories

The initiative has been supported by MIDAS/MONITA, Intec Company, ICTA, IT Park and BizMongolia.

The press conference was organized today to nominate products and services for this award. The nomination of the products and services will be received till November 20, 2006. The selection committee consisting of representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, private companies and individuals will identify best IT products and services in Mongolia.
